NA1002 is a hydraulic cardboard containing aramid fiber, reinforcing fillers, and NBR rubber. NA 1002 is a universal product indicated mainly for petroleum derivatives, solvents, water, saturated steam, and chemicals in general, offering the best cost/benefit ratio found among products in the hydraulic cardboard family. TEADIT style NA-1122 is a compressed non-asbestos sheet gasket material produced from a combination of inorganic fibers and special fillers, bonded with nitrile rubber (NBR). It is being manufactured by means of a hot calender process. TEADIT maintains a quality management system that is certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001.
This material is manufactured from 100% expanded PTFE through a special process that generates a uniform and unidirectional fiber structure. TEADIT 24B flat gaskets, with the characteristics of expanded PTFE products, are excellent for sealing distillation columns, tanks, fragile flanges (glass, fiberglass, ceramic, graphite, cast aluminum, PVC and FRP and other synthetics).

It offers excellent flexibility, cutting and stamping capabilities, reducing equipment downtime for maintenance. Suitable for use with chemically aggressive fluids, this product can be used as cut gaskets on fragile flanges (glass, fiberglass, ceramic, graphite, cast aluminum, PVC, FRP and other synthetics).
TEADIT® PL 100 is a highly compressible plate manufactured from PTFE through a unique lamination process, resulting in a high level of fibrillation. This provides reduced loss of tightness and flow, deficiencies inherent in machined (skived) plates currently on the market. Due to the chemical properties of PTFE, TEADIT® PL 100 is suitable for sealing a wide variety of chemically aggressive fluids, and is also used in contact with food and pharmaceutical products.
Tealon™ TF1570 is manufactured from restructured PTFE with hollow glass microsphere filler, and is suitable for applications in chemically aggressive fluids, focusing on services with strong acids, moderately alkaline products, solvents, gases, water, and steam. It offers high performance in metal flanges, but, as its main characteristic is its high compressibility, Tealon™ TF1570 can also be applied to fragile flanges.
TEADIT® TF1580 is a barium sulfate-coated PTFE laminate. Its biaxially oriented fibrillated structure provides a product with low flow and high torque retention at high temperatures and pressures.
TEADIT® TF1590 is a PTFE laminate with silica mineral. Its biaxially oriented fibrillated structure provides a product with low flow and high torque retention at high temperatures and pressures.
TEADIT® GR1700 is a multi-layered board composed of 0.5 mm thick sheets of highly oxidation-resistant flexible graphite and 0.05 mm sheets of 316L stainless steel, manufactured using SIGRAFLEX® APX2 Hochdruck technology.
